From then on we log and scan your post and tell you the same working day when legal or official post arrives. See how it works for the full picture.

Your application

It takes a couple of minutes. No payment is taken on this page.

Letting through a limited company? We cannot give companies an address yet, but you can join the waiting list.

Where are your properties? We issue addresses for rental property in England only. If yours are in Wales, Scotland or Northern Ireland, check your options and join the waiting list.

We use these details to process your application. See our privacy notice.

Who can apply?

Individual landlords and joint owners who let residential property in England. Joint owners of the same properties share one plan. Limited companies and landlords with property in Wales, Scotland or Northern Ireland can join the waiting list. If you are not sure the service fits, the six question check shows which address rules apply to you.

How do you look after my details?

We ask only for what we need to process your application. Identity documents and scans of your post are stored outside the public website and every view is logged. Read our privacy notice and how we protect your data on our security page.

Being identity checked is part of what makes the address trustworthy. Your landlord address keeps your home private but never hides you from tenants, courts or councils, and the service ends if it is misused.

Before you apply

Is the price per property?

No. One annual price covers every property you let. Landlords with a lot of post can ask for a portfolio quote.

Can I change my mind?

Yes. Cancel within 14 days of signing up and we refund you in full. After that you can switch off renewal at any time. See pricing and our terms.

What post can I send to the address?

Letters and large letters, including recorded and signed-for items. We do not accept parcels. See mail handling.
