What costs extra

Only one thing, and only if you want it. If you ask for the paper original of a letter we post it to you at the cost of postage, with no handling fee. Most landlords are happy with the scan, and you can ask for originals whenever you need them.

We handle letters and large letters, including recorded and signed-for items. We do not accept parcels.

How the sign-up discount works

Apply online and your first 12 months cost £49 instead of £99. From your second year you pay the standard annual price of £99, the same price every customer pays. There is no introductory trap: we email you 30 days before your renewal date with the price, and you can stop the renewal at any time before it.

Why one annual price?

Your landlord address needs to stay the same for years so tenants, councils and registers always have the right details. Paying once a year keeps the price low and means your address never lapses because a monthly card payment failed. It also makes budgeting simple: one known cost that covers every property.

Cancelling and refunds

  • Cancel within 14 days of signing up and we refund you in full.
  • After that you can switch off renewal at any time. Your address keeps working until the end of the year you have paid for.
  • Before you leave, give your tenants a new address for notices and update anywhere else you used your landlord address. Our guide to changing your landlord address lists everywhere to check.

What happens if you do not renew?

We never quietly bin your post. For 30 days after your plan ends we keep receiving your post, log it and tell you it has arrived so you can renew or collect it. After that, new post is returned to the sender so they know to find another address for you. The full terms are in our terms of service.

Is it worth it? Benefits and the issues of going without

The honest answer depends on how much you mind your home address being on tenancy paperwork and public records, and how easy it is for you to handle landlord post. Here is how the two options compare.

Pricing questions

Is the price per property?

No. One annual price covers your landlord address for every property you let. Portfolio landlords with a lot of post can ask for a portfolio quote.

Can I pay monthly?

No. We only offer the annual plan, paid up front. It keeps the price down and your address can never lapse because of a failed monthly payment.

Are there any hidden fees?

No. The price shown includes every mandatory fee. The only optional extra is postage if you ask for paper originals.

Can joint landlords share one plan?

Yes. Joint owners of the same properties can use one plan. Each of you has an identity check before the address is issued.

Can a limited company sign up?

Not yet. At the moment we serve individual landlords and joint owners. Companies can join the waiting list.
